EQuALLS2 targets, to be accomplished by July 2011, include:

• 600 classrooms constructed or renovated
• 400 community learning centers constructed or renovated
• 20 madaris assisted
• 25% of school-age population enrolled in elementary schools (Grades 1 to 6) in ARMM, and 10% each in Regions 9 and 12 with better learning opportunities
• 700 local educational organization structures revitalized
• 24,000 teachers / educators trained in English, science and math, with 9,000 trained in the English proficiency program
• 75% of all administrators and officials from assisted schools trained in school finance, management, and governance
• 100,000 OSCY participating in alternative learning programs
• 4,000 OSCY participating in livelihood skills programs
• Books and learning aids distributed
