EQuALLS2 assesses improvement in knowledge, teaching skills of trained Mindanao teachers

EQuALLS2 is assessing the mastery of its trained Mindanao teachers of English, science, and math concepts.
 
The assessment results will inform the project of the extent of improvement of the teachers' knowledge and teaching skills in the said subjects following the project's teacher training for the past five years on subject content and effective instructional practices, and provision of supplementary books and other instructional materials.
 
The results will also help identify further needs of Mindanao teachers that will empower them to become better teachers.

A total of 1,665 randomly selected project-assisted teachers and 834 non-project-assisted teachers are being assessed for comparison.
