EQuALLS2 is a partnership of the Philippine and U.S. governments to uplift Mindanao, Philippines, long ravaged by conflict and poverty, through improved basic education: by empowering and tooling communities to support better education, building teachers' capacity and resources, and offering out-of-school children and youth alternative learning and livelihood opportunities.
